Describe your first offering.
Say it the way you would to a friend. OmPilot builds the whole thing as a blueprint, part by part: the page, the schedule, prices and payment plan, policies, booking questions and the waiver. Check each part, change anything in place, and nothing is published until you say so.
A demonstration: a host asks, "A 200-hour teacher training, 8 weekends from March 6. $3,200, with a payment plan." The assistant drafts every part of the training, curriculum, sales page, first cohort, tuition, what's included, questions, waiver, then saves it as a draft for review.

Where should I run my next retreat? The assistant reads your past retreats, searches the web for weather and venues, and lays three destinations side by side with sources and a recommendation.

Blueprints for every offering
Retreats, events, trainings, coaching and video each draft as a blueprint: every part written in order, each one checked and editable in place. It is created as a draft, and nothing is published until you publish it.
Web research, with sources
When a question depends on the world outside your account, like weather, venues or travel, it searches the web, reads the pages, and cites every source. It never searches for a person. Free includes 3 researched answers a day; paid plans include 30.
Actions wait for your yes
Reminders, messages, price changes and publishing arrive as a card showing exactly what will happen and who gets what. Nothing sends, publishes or charges until you tap it. On Pro and Scale.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT
Add OmPilot as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP. It can read your offerings, schedule and numbers and start drafts, and can never publish, send or charge. On Pro and Scale.
Deposits and payment plans
Take a deposit now and schedule the balance, or split the full price into monthly installments. Each installment charges itself on its due date, and a failed card retries before anyone has to chase it.
The guest-pays-fee toggle
One switch in payment settings moves our per-booking fee to checkout, as a separate booking-fee line the way event tickets already work. With it on, you receive 100% of your listed price.
Direct Stripe charges
Charges are created directly on your own connected Stripe account, with our fee taken as an application fee on top. Your money never passes through us, and we are never the merchant of record.
Exports and data ownership
Attendees, bookings, contacts, intake answers, signed waivers, and your email log export as CSV or ZIP, on every plan, any time. Your students can request their own data directly too.
Waivers and intake
Versioned waiver templates are signed inside checkout, with the timestamp, IP address, and device recorded on the signature. Intake answers attach to the person and appear in the day-of manifest and the export.
Rooms and occupancy pricing
Retreats price by room type rather than by head: shared, ocean-view, private, each with its own inventory and price. Add-ons and excursions attach at checkout.
