Here is what actually runs underneath.

What it does in one list, every technical detail in plain sentences, then one day of the software working and the five places your business lives.

What it does, in one list.

  • Retreats and events

Dates, rooms, deposits, and who is coming.

  • Teacher trainings

    Cohorts, modules, hours, and certificates.

  • Courses and workshops

A single evening or a twelve-week program, online or in the room.

  • One-to-one sessions

Your hours, your link, paid for before they arrive.

  • Payments

Deposits, payment plans, and refunds, on your own Stripe account.

  • Student communication

Confirmations, reminders, broadcasts, and a private thread with each student.

  • Branded pages

Booking pages, a bio link, and a checkout you can paste into the site you already have.

  • Waivers, intake, and exports

Signed at checkout, filed with the booking, downloadable any time.

The details

The technical part, said plainly.

Everything on this list ships today. Nothing on it is coming soon.

Deposits and payment plans
Take a deposit now and schedule the balance, or split the full price into monthly installments. Each installment charges itself on its due date, and a failed card retries before anyone has to chase it.
The guest-pays-fee toggle
One switch in payment settings moves our per-booking fee to checkout, as a separate booking-fee line the way event tickets already work. With it on, you receive 100% of your listed price.
Direct Stripe charges
Charges are created directly on your own connected Stripe account, with our fee taken as an application fee on top. Your money never passes through us, and we are never the merchant of record.
Exports and data ownership
Attendees, bookings, contacts, intake answers, signed waivers, and your email log export as CSV or ZIP, on every plan, any time. Your students can request their own data directly too.
Meta Pixel and referral attribution
Add your own Meta pixel and your ads report on your own conversions. Tracked links, partner links, and a first-touch cookie tie each booking back to where it started.
Waivers and intake
Versioned waiver templates are signed inside checkout, with the timestamp, IP address, and device recorded on the signature. Intake answers attach to the person and appear in the day-of manifest and the export.
Discounts and waitlists
Percentage or fixed-amount codes, early-bird windows, and price tiers. When something sells out, the waitlist collects names, and a claim link goes to the next person with a 48-hour hold.
Rooms and occupancy pricing
Retreats price by room type rather than by head: shared, ocean-view, private, each with its own inventory and price. Add-ons and excursions attach at checkout.

One Tuesday on OmPilot

A day you did not have to run.

One Tuesday, hour by hour. Every card below is something that happened without you: a payment arriving, a room selling, an installment collecting overnight. The two photographs are where you were the whole time.

The platform

Your whole business, in five places you can hold in your head.

This section is organized exactly like the product. What you read here is the app you will use.

Offerings

Everything you sell, built in one place.

Retreats with rooms priced by occupancy. Trainings with cohorts and tuition plans. Self-paced courses with video and quizzes. Workshops, events, and 1:1 sessions. Each gets a beautiful page, a real checkout, and the same care.

Bookings

A back office that runs itself.

Every booking, payment and signature in one view. Waivers are signed inside checkout, intake answers attach to the person, failed cards retry themselves, and abandoned checkouts get a recovery email without you noticing they happened.

BookingsIn your dashboard

Every payment settles on your own Stripe account. We never hold funds.

People

Every student, one relationship.

A CRM that fills itself from your bookings. Who came to what, what they paid, what they signed, what they asked. Message any student one to one, keep alumni close, and never rebuild an address book again.

Grow

The part that brings the next booking.

One loop: your bio link and tracked links capture leads, every signup is traced to the reel or referral it came from, and Email Studio markets to exactly those people. Everyone who books becomes the audience for your next launch.

Brand Studio

All of it, unmistakably yours.

Brand Studio turns your colors, type and photography into a theme that dresses every page, email and portal you publish. Page Studio lets you compose and launch those pages from your phone. Already have a website? Keep it. The checkout embeds there instead.

Under the hood

Four questions the tour never gets to.

These are the ones hosts ask in week two, once the first offering is live and the real business starts.

I already have a website.

Then keep it. Paste the checkout into it.

Copy one snippet into Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or anything else that accepts an embed, and the booking flow appears inside your own page. Same checkout, same payments, same brand. Your site keeps its address and its design, and the part of it that takes money is the part you stop maintaining.

  • Five surfaces you can embed, from a lead form to a full retreat page
  • The snippet is generated for you in the dashboard
  • Payments settle exactly as they do on a page we host

What do my students actually see?

Your name. Ours never enters the room.

Everyone who books gets an account under your brand: what they enrolled in, what they have paid, what is still owed, their lessons and materials, and a direct message thread with you. It wears the colors, type, and logo you set in Brand Studio. Nothing on the screen says who built it.

Who is going to write all the email?

You do. It just never starts from a blank page.

Email Studio composes broadcasts on your brand with a live preview beside you. The messages nobody enjoys writing run on a schedule instead: confirmations, balance reminders, the note two weeks before departure, a nudge to anyone who left checkout, a last call before doors close. AI can draft any of them in your voice, and every draft waits for your approval before it sends.

  • Broadcasts with live preview, on your sending domain
  • Sequences that run on schedule without being asked
  • Nothing sends until you say so, drafts included

Two weeks out. Three things before you fly: the packing list has two unchecked items on average (mat and layers), the daily-rhythm video posts Thursday, and dinner on the first night is already taken care of. Come hungry, travel light.
Drafted from your itinerary, your prep hub, and how you actually write. Edit anything. Nothing sends until you say so.

Which post actually sold the retreat?

You will know, down to the link.

Any link you share can be a tracked one. The first touch is remembered through the whole journey, so a booking three weeks later still points back to the reel, the newsletter, or the friend who sent them. Bring your own Meta pixel if you run ads and it reports on your own conversions. We add no platform-level tracking of your students on top of it.

  • Tracked short links and bio links, with click counts
